Chapter four The final discussion

Flora, entered the counsel chamber to speak to Jar'nak, enough was enough, Meanwhile Nencha couldn't take it anymore, now she felt her own family turned against her, even her own mother, she felt betrayed by. She marched down the corridor, and interrupted the meeting, with Flora, and Jar'nak. She entered with a hiss at Flora, who hissed right back.

" Enough!" Jar'nak roared at them, they ceased in their hissing fit once more.

They still glared at each other. " Why do you allow this dishonorable traitor to enter in your palace
Jar'nak." Flora asked in disgust.

Nencha growled at her, she wanted to put her in her place, once and for all. " I have great news for you dear aunt. I will be leaving your father's clan, for good and trust me, you won't see me again." Nencha announced to Flora with a growl.

Flora smirked in triumph. " Oh, well that is a relief, I'am thrilled to hear this... Trust me, you won't be missed. Once you leave our clan, you will not be welcomed back, including your mate, and pup. Trust me Nencha, you have lost the Night Moon Clan and your family." Flora warned with a hiss at the end.

Nencha left in a hurry, she was now going to move right away, she needed to hurry and fast, knowing Flora she would attempt something drastic to happen. She hurried to her ship and headed to her clan, one last time. Before anything she was about to pay a visit to Grandmother, she landed the landed her ship in the Night Moon clan, and marched to the palace of her grandparents, as she entered in the throne room, it was all too perfect, her grandparents, and her parents, and Jar'ra, Bec'nara her uncle Mot'te and Vil'kee his mate, she went before them all. They all looked at her wondering why she was ever there.

" I have something to say, to all of you." she said, and continued in a strong voice. " I know you have a distaste for Bad Bloods of any sort, I can understand, but my mate has redeemed himself, he is not a danger to anyone, he is a worthy mate, and the sire of my pup, if you can not accept him, and it has been made clear, by Flora, that I have lost my family, and my clan... I will be leaving in the morning." she turned to leave, Me'nah watched with her head down, but followed Nencha.

" Nencha wait!" Me'nah shouted, as she caught up with Nencha.

Nencha turned to see her grandmother.

" Nencha, not everyone is on Flora's side, just remember, I will always be on your side." she assured Nencha in a hug. Nencha held on to Me'nah tightly, " I feel so betrayed by them all, even your own daughter is becoming, quite a turmoil in my life. Maybe it is for the best, for Bak'kar and I to leave."  Nencha sighed.

" I wish you a safe birth for your pup, and a happy life for you and Bak'kar." Me'nah said with all the love she could say.

Nencha smiled and bowed her head in thanks, and headed back to her home, to prepare to leave. Me'nah held back tears, she knew well, she would never see her beloved Nencha again, her first granddaughter again. She felt Flora had gone too far this time, she might hold status in the counsel, but Me'nah was still Eldress of the clan, she knew her human teachings would always be weighed out but Yuatja laws, and regulations. It was a lost cause. Maybe someday she would see her Nencha again, she could only imagine, what was Ma'lee going through with the thought of her first daughter, leaving all for the sake of Bak'kar.

Meanwhile back at the Cresent moon clan, Mi'kana had returned from another hunt, and headed to see her parents and sister.

Mi'kana entered the palace halls, and saw her sister She'lec'na walking to the training room.

"She'lec'na!" Mi'kana called.

She'lec'na looked to her guard. "Dagger... you won't be needed for the rest of the day." She'lec'na told him, he bowed his head and took his leave.

"Mi'kana you have returned! How was the hunt?" she asked curiously, as her sister embraced her in a hug.

" Very productive, Rol owes me a night of pleasure, since he lost to me yet again." Mi'kana clattered.

They walked together. Mi'kana hadn't been home in over several months, and has missed out much of the news, and the family dilemma. "We have much to discuss." She'lec'na told her.

She'lec'na and Mi'kana walked towards the terrace, to talk some more. They reclined on the fainting seat like chairs. They continued on. Mi'kana smirked at her young sister.

" I see you still have Dagger. I'm surprised father chose him to be your guard. How he is as a guard by the way." Mi'kana asked curiously.

She'lec'na shrugged. " I'm still breathing. So... he's decent." she replied plainly.

"We still haven't found that bad blood." Mi'kana told her.

" He's out there somewhere. I killed his brother, his only family, he wants me dead, Mi'kana, I know sooner or later, he's going attempt something. I can sense he's close too." she told her sister.
" Besides all of that, I trust you have heard the news about our cousin. Nencha, and the scandal she has caused in the family." She'lec'na stated in a smooth but wanting to tell all, tone.

" Tell me everything." Mi'kana told her anxiously.

" Well. then..." moments later Mi'kana was surprised and taken back.

" He's a bad blood!?" she exclaimed.

She'lec'na nodded, "Yes, this whole entire time, and to seal the whole story, Flora and Nencha are at each other's throats, it's only a matter of time, before their arguments become a feud between them, and Ma'lee is giving Nencha one more chance to leave Bak'kar and remain in the clan with her son, but Bak'kar will have to leave and never return." she explained the rest.

"But if he hasn't done anything wrong, he can remain in the clan." Mi'kana expressed knowing the laws.

" Ma'lee hates bad bloods most of all, I'm surprised she hasn't killed him yet, and including Flora is on her side as well." She'lec'na told her. "Flora demanded that Bak'kar and Nencha should leave as well, claiming, Nencha liked Bad Bloods."

Mi'kana looked at her sister. " Flora is technically the most influential member of the counsel, but... did mother have anything to say about all of this?" Mi'kana asked, hoping of what their mother had to say about all this. Knowing their mother's history with Bad Bloods, she wondered how she was handling the whole situation.

" I was deeply opposed of him staying." a voice said behind them and it was their mother, she sat down in the other seat, with her daughters. Mon'na was still heavily pregnant, and with her two older daughters who'd she rarely saw them together, she was very happy to have them with her, as the conversation went on until the late hours.

Back at the night moon clan

The night was still and quiet, as if a mourning was taking place.  Me'nah stood at her terrace, looking beyond the horizon, her mind wondered of many things, how could things have gotten out of control. Shat'tu noticed her, he could sense her uneasiness, he went right beside her, and placed a comforting arms on her shoulder. " I feel awful about this." she said sadly.

" I understand, but it is to keep the rest of the clan safe, and at ease, they would have killed him here Me'nah, Nencha would have suffered from the experience. It's best for everyone, Ma'lee, Mon'na, and all the others, have their reasons, as well do I." he stated.

" Sometimes I feel I'm human, rather than Yuatja at times, Yuatja kill humans, but I have lived with them, and understood them, their a young species, they are afraid of changes, or differences, even differences among themselves they are kick to fear, or judge without taking a moment, to even wonder why. I feel that way at times, with others here, our daughter is more predator than I will ever be, I accept it what the others wanted to do with Nencha, but even though I accept it, doesn't mean I have like it.  My human ideals and teachings will never be acknowledged  in counsel." she said looking at her mate.

" Our grandchild, is being disowned, all because she found in love in a reformed Bad Blood. They might as well have stopped us from falling in  love with each other, and they tried, but we defied them... didn't we. You were the son of an Elder, and I was a Yuatja raised by humans, they might as well have said to you, that you were mated to a ooman." she chuckled to herself.

Shat'tu nodded and remained silent, it was rare that his mate expressed herself in such a way, after all these years, she still felt out of place on their planet. She was right on many things, she knew more of the humans ways, then of Yuatja, causing her opinions to never matter.

He held her close, as she sighed and eased into his embrace, his purring was easing her tension, and lulling her to a peaceful bliss, which could lead into something more, as they settled in for the night.
To be continued. Is something between She'lec'na and Dagger? Share your interpretation
